Dream IT Fall Reflection

One of the most revealing aspects about this process and implementation of DREAM IT is the fact that it has allowed me to look at myself and my teaching with a more critical  lens . I noticed how my perception of my students  and the expectations I have of them as learners is crucial to learning.  In this first round of implementation, the things that I ask from them were challenging, but the fact that I believe they could create them as they use technology had a greater effect on them and the process. 
I realized that the integration of technology in my teaching is just one aspect of the whole equation, but it is essential as a tool in the learning process. See highlights in the STEM classroom and STEM garden pages.
